Terms of service
These are the rules for using the service: what you get, what you pay, what we promise, and what we deliberately do not promise. Using the service means you accept them.
What the service does
We track the price of Amazon products across the marketplaces we cover and keep a record of what we find. The price history, the price alerts, the country-by-country comparison and the statistics behind them are all built from that record.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. We read the same public product pages you can read yourself. Nothing here is an official Amazon feed.
The service covers the marketplaces listed in the app, not every store Amazon operates. Which ones are enabled can change.
Your account
You need a working email address. Keeping your password to yourself is your responsibility, and so is whatever is done from your account.
You must be 18 or older. One account per person — duplicates may be closed without notice.
Some features stay locked until you confirm your email address. Creating price alerts is one of them.
Credits and payment
One credit tracks one product in one marketplace for 30 days. The same product in a second country spends a second credit. Creating an account includes a starting balance of credits at no cost.
The credits granted at registration are valid for 365 days. Purchased credits are valid for 30 days from the purchase. A credit spent on tracking is not refunded, and stopping early does not return it.
Card payments run through Stripe, PayPal handles its own, and Bitcoin and bank transfer are confirmed by hand. You are charged in the currency shown at purchase. We may change prices; credits you have already bought are not affected.
What the price data is, and is not
Prices are collected from publicly available Amazon product pages. We do not guarantee that any record is complete, current or correct.
A price here can differ from the price Amazon shows you at the moment you buy. Listings change, offers rotate, and shipping and import fees depend on where the parcel is going. Treat what you read here as a reference, not as the only basis for a purchase.
Checks run periodically while tracking is active. We make no promise about how quickly a change is picked up.
Fair use
Do not use the service for anything unlawful, do not try to reach parts of it you have not been given access to, and do not impersonate anyone.
Automated collection beyond ordinary use of the app is not allowed, and neither is reselling or redistributing the data we publish without our permission.
The site, the app and everything we built are ours. Amazon product data belongs to whoever owns it.
Availability, liability and ending it
We do not promise the service is always up. Maintenance happens, things break, and we are not liable for what an interruption costs you.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profit and lost data.
We can suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. You can delete yours yourself, at any time, from your account settings. Either way, unused credits are forfeited and are not refunded.
Changes, and how to reach us
When we change these terms in a way that matters, we tell you by email or with a notice inside the app. Continuing to use the service after that is how you accept the new version.
Questions about any of this go to [email protected], to the contact form, or to the support ticket system.
