How to reach us, and what happens after you write
Support here runs on tickets, not on a phone number. Open one in the app or write to [email protected], and the answer comes back to the address you gave us.
Two ways in
The button on this page opens the ticket form in the app. It asks for four things: your name, an email address, a subject and the message. When it goes through you get a ticket reference back immediately. Keep it, because it is what identifies the conversation later.
If you would rather send a plain message, write to [email protected] from the address you want the answer to arrive at.
If you already have an account, you can open the ticket from inside the app instead. The thread stays attached to your account, so you do not have to quote a reference to be recognised.
What to put in the message
For anything about a product: the link, or the ten-character code from its Amazon address, and which destination you were looking at. A price question without a destination is really two questions.
For an alert that did not arrive: which alert, which recipient, and roughly when you expected it. Every delivery attempt is recorded with the provider's own status code, so with those three things we can usually read back what happened.
For anything about payment: the order or invoice it concerns, and the address on the account. Do not send card numbers, passwords or one-time codes. Nobody here will ask you for them, and if someone does, that someone is not us.
What happens next
The message becomes a support ticket. Nothing jumps the line.
The answer arrives by email, at the address you wrote from or gave when opening the ticket. Use one you actually read: a ticket answered into an abandoned inbox looks, from your side, exactly like a ticket that was ignored.
We do not publish a response time. There is no figure we could stand behind, and inventing one would be the first false claim on this site.
Three answers that are already settled
Credits are not returned when you stop tracking early, and purchased credits are valid for 30 days from the purchase. Both are deliberate, and neither is a fault we can undo for you case by case.
A destination we do not currently check is refused before any credit is spent, so nothing was charged for it. Asking for a new destination is a perfectly reasonable message to send. We will read it, and we will not promise you a date.
An alert that stayed quiet is usually one of three things: the recipient is not verified or not switched on, the cooldown is still running, or the condition is a percentage set against shipping or import fees, which is a combination that does not fire. If none of the three fit, write in. That is what the delivery record is for.
Security reports
Send them to [email protected] with the word security in the subject. Include what you did, what you saw, and enough detail for someone else to reproduce it.
Please stay inside your own account while you look. Do not test against other people's data, and do not throw load at the service to see what breaks.
