Next to Keepa

If you already use Keepa, you already have price history. This page is about the one figure we add to it: what an item costs once it has landed in your country. We are not going to describe someone else's product for you — read their pages, then read ours.

What we will not tell you about Keepa

We could not open their site to check anything, so this page prints no marketplace count, no launch date and no price for them. Anything we wrote here would be secondhand. Their own pages are the place to read what they cover and what it costs.

What follows is only what we do, stated plainly enough that you can hold it against whatever you find there.

Where we are the weaker product

Coverage is our short side. We track a small list of countries, and it is published on our product pages. If the marketplace you buy from is not on that list, we are no use to you for that purchase, and no feature further down this page changes that.

Cost is the other. Reading a price history on our product pages needs no account, but putting a product on your own watch list is prepaid: one credit tracks one product in one marketplace for 30 days, and the same product in a second country spends a second credit. Credits are not returned if you stop early.

The number we add up

Every check we record splits the price into three parts: the base price, the shipping, and the import fees Amazon shows for the destination. We add them into one landed cost per country and keep that total with the rest of the history.

Inside one country that split is worth little to you — the base price already tells you most of the story. Buying from one country into another, it is the part of the bill the listing does not show, and it moves on its own. Before you settle on any price tracker, check whether it records that total. That is the only comparison we are asking you to make.

Where our alerts go

Email, Slack, Telegram and WhatsApp. One alert can reach several recipients at once, a cooldown keeps a restless listing from filling your inbox, and every delivery is logged with the provider, the status code and the latency, so a message that did not arrive can be traced to where it stopped.

Alerts fire on a target amount, a percentage move, a change in shipping or import fees on their own, or a product selling out and coming back. Conditions combine with AND and OR.

Which one you want

If you buy inside one country and the sticker price is the whole story, a tracker with more history and more coverage than ours answers your question better, and we are not going to pretend otherwise.

If you are buying across a border, the sticker price is the part of the bill you can already see. Our product pages are public, so you can read a full breakdown before you create an account and decide whether the rest of the bill is worth tracking.
